Knight Frank reports ratings success

Knight Frank's North West rating team is celebrating a number of new contract wins.

St Modwen appointed the Liverpool and Manchester-based firm to provide advice on reducing its liability from business rates for any empty accommodation within its portfolio.

Knight Frank also added Preston and Liverpool Community College to its education work and said it now acts for eight colleges in the region.
