Knight Frank replaces Roper with Moor
Knight Frank has promoted Richard Moor to head of valuations at its Manchester office, replacing David Roper in the role.
Moor has 12 years of experience in valuations in the North West and joined Knight Frank's Manchester team seven years ago. He has worked for clients including RBS, Santander, The Co-operative Bank and Bruntwood.
Moor has been involved in office schemes in Manchester over the years such as Spinningfields, First Street and Piccadilly Place, and has also acted as expert witness in a range of negligence and fraud cases.
Knight Frank's Manchester valuation team consists of five people and is strengthened by an additional team of four in Liverpool. Knight Frank said Moor will work closely with head of valuations for the Liverpool office, Charles Ardern, to oversee the interests of the consultancy's North West clients, which include, Hermes, IBM Pension Fund, RLAM, British Land, CBRE Investors and Invista Real Estate Management.
David Porter, head of North West commercial at Knight Frank, said: "The team is extremely pleased to announce Richard Moor as its new head of Manchester valuations following David Roper's announced departure from the firm last month. Richard has been a valued member of the team for the past seven years and will no doubt excel in his new role."
Jones Lang LaSalle appointed David Roper to join its valuation advisory team in a new role based in Manchester.
