The agent has appointed Simon Matley to join its building surveying team in Manchester.
Matley was previously at WHR Property Consultants and Savills and brings 12 years of experience working in building consultancy.
He also has experience in conducting pre-acquisition building surveys, as well as advising on dilapidations matters.
Matley said: "The Manchester team's plans for growing the building consultancy offer within the North West excited me and I am very much looking forward to the challenges ahead."
