Knight Frank picked for Century House marketing

Mosely Street Ventures has retained Knight Frank as sole agent to market 25,000 sq ft at Century House in St Peter's Square, Manchester.

The building was formerly the Manchester base of surveyor Donaldsons and is still home to some DTZ staff following its takeover. The final DTZ staff in the building are due to move to DTZ's main office on Marsden Street later this month.

The immediately available accommodation comprises the lower ground, ground and first floor offices, with suites from 3,660 sq ft up to 8,313 sq ft.

Daniel Bourmad, partner, Knight Frank, commented: "St Peter's Square is an important civic space in Manchester, with the iconic library, Midland Hotel and town hall overlooking the square. With Argent's proposed redevelopment of Elisabeth House, it's certainly an exciting time to be involved in this area of the city as St Peter's Square is once again set to become one of Manchester's sought after business destinations."

Knight Frank is sole letting agent for the scheme.
