Knight Frank names Finch head of residential sales

Knight Frank has recruited Andy Finch as partner and head of residential sales from Rowland Homes, where he was sales and marketing director.

Finch, from Preston, has 18 years' experience with national developers and agents including Hambro Countrywide, DTZ Residential, and Dandara.

John Broadbent, head of the residential development division at Knight Frank Manchester, said: "Andy's previous experience working for developers is a key asset to our developer clients, and his knowledge of this market is invaluable."

Finch will oversee a team of sales negotiators as well as being involved in the marketing and publicity for Knight Frank's schemes including Macintosh Mills, Milliners Wharf and Islington Wharf in Manchester, The Life buildings in Hulme and Dock 9 at Salford Quays.
