Knight Frank brings mill site to market

Surveyor Knight Frank has been instructed to dispose of a site including mill premises in Hyde, Tameside on the edge of the High Peaks.

Known as West End Saw Mill, the 1.14-acre site is in the village of Broadbottom, two miles from the M67. The plot comprises a two-storey 3,229 sq ft main mill, a 2,058 sq ft extension, along with several outbuildings and garages on a site of 1.14 acres.

Rob Taylor, associate at Knight Frank, said: "West End Saw Mill has excellent potential and thanks to its accessible location with the train station close by with direct links into Manchester, we feel this is an excellent opportunity to acquire a freehold site in a popular location. We already have interest from a number of parties looking at redevelopment opportunities on the site."
