Knight Frank adds to planning team

The surveyor and property consultant has strengthened its national planning team with the appointment of Alice Routledge as assistant planning consultant in Manchester.

Routledge joined Knight Frank after graduating from Manchester University with an Masters in Town & Country Planning.

Knight Frank's national planning team consists of seven consultants.

Andy McMullan, associate in planning, said: "Graduates are the lifeblood of our business, ensuring that we have the very best young talent on board to help deliver our services. Alice's appointment comes as a result of our growing workload across the country. She will be helping to advise our clients on their planning requirements not only here in the North West, but across the UK."

Routledge is the fifth person to join Knight Frank's Manchester office since it moved into One Marsden Street 12 months ago. A total of 30 employees are now based in Manchester.
