Kitchen firm takes Wigan shed

Agent Nolan Redshaw has secured a 30,000 sq ft letting for landlord Max Properties in Haselmere Industrial Estate, Wigan.

Eclipse Kitchens & Bedrooms signed a five-year lease with the Jersey-based property group controlled by Nick Leslau.

Neil Higson, surveyor at Nolan Redshaw, said: "To achieve a letting of this size in the current economic climate, clearly demonstrates the efforts of our agency department, as well as Max Properties' commitment to ensuring that their vacant properties are refurbished to a high standard."

Sanderson Weatherall and DTZ are joint agents on the scheme.
