Recruitment consultancy Kingsley has appointed Ian Doyle, a former surveyor, as consultant in its Liverpool office.
Doyle joins the company having worked most recently for Mason Owen as asset management surveyor. He is expected to join Kingsley on 7 January and will be based in its Liverpool headquarters at the Plaza on Old Hall Street and will work alongside director Andrew Kingsley across the North West.
Doyle holds a first class honours degree in real estate management from Liverpool John Moores University.
Kingsley has also strengthened its property division with the promotion of Mark Noakes from associate director to director.
Noakes has been with the company for 18 months and during which time he has headed up Kingsley’s Manchester office.
Director Andrew Kingsley, said: “We are delighted to be adding Ian to our business, who brings with him his own experience and knowledge of the property sector which is a major advantage to both the clients and candidates we serve.
“Likewise, Noakes fully deserves his promotion to director, which has been achieved in a relatively short period of time which underlines the drive and success he has brought to our business and our ambition to expand our service across both the North West, and throughout the UK.”
