Kingsley adds to architecture and planning team

Recruitment consultancy Kingsley has boosted its architecture and planning department with the appointments of Kelly Puttock, Beth Ritchie and Jennifer Bailey.

Heading the architecture operation as associate, Puttock is tasked with using her expertise in driving new business, developing relationships and strategy development

Ritchie is an experienced senior recruitment consultant who has worked with both small architectural studios and global organisations, while Bailey will be working with associate Jason Moore in recruiting planners, as well as architects and urban designers across the UK.

Caroline Kingsley, director of Kingsley, said: “We are delighted to have Kelly, Beth and Jennifer join our expanding team. We are confident that with their combined skills and experience, we shall be able to offer our clients and candidates across the UK an improved and more highly professional service.

“We’re pleased to be seeing continued growth across all sectors that we serve, with more instructions from our national client list.”

Kingsley added: “We’re working closely with our clients and candidates, finding opportunities for both to build on their experience, giving advice to clients on what candidates expect from an architectural practice when it comes to salary and training as well as providing candidates with an insight into what employers are looking for when they’re hiring.”
