King Sturge appointed on Felton’s Birkenhead offices

Developer Felton has appointed King Sturge to market Queensgate, a new speculative six-storey office building in Grange Road East, Birkenhead.

The development is available either for sale in its entirety, or for suite purchase on a leasehold basis. Suite sizes range from 3,122 to 29,582 sq ft.

Part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Wirral Council, Felton said the building sees a return to the construction of speculative offices in Birkenhead, which has until recently been largely ignored by commercial property developers looking for speculative office locations.
