Kilmartin sells Hyde Point unit to casino supplier

GF Holding, a fit-out specialist for the casino trade, has paid £390,000 to buy a 4,918 sq ft unit from Kilmartin at Hyde Point in Hyde, east Manchester.

Kilmartin was advised by Colliers CRE, P3 Property Consultants and King Sturge. GF Holding was advised by Hallam Commercial.
