Kilmartin has added Colliers CRE as a third agent to dispose of the remaining industrial units at its speculative Hyde Point development.
Colliers joined P3 Property Consultants and King Sturge, both of whom were already instructed on the scheme.
Ten units are available ranging in size from 4,792 sq ft to 16,088 sq ft with potential to combine units to create up to 25,136 sq ft.
Julien Kenny-Levick, director of industrial and logistics at Colliers CRE Manchester, said: "Demand is still high and this development offers excellent access to both M67 and Manchester city centre, which is just seven miles away."
Prices range from £85/sq ft to £90/sq ft for purchase and £5.75/sq ft to £6.25/sq ft rental.
