Justin Rouse joins Avid

Former P3 Property Consultants associate partner Justin Rouse is to head up office agency in Manchester for fledgling practice Avid Property Consultants.

Avid was founded in 2010 by Jeremy Powell, Lee Jones, Mark Searle and Richard Street and has offices in Chester and Manchester. Office agency will be added to project management, development monitoring and building surveying.

Rouse has 15 years' experience of the North West property market, working on Manchester Business Park, Didsbury Point and 19 Spring Gardens, with Aviva Investors, Liberty Property Trust and Countryside Properties, BMI Healthcare and GB Oils.

Rouse worked at P3 from its rise out of the ashes of Dunlop Heywood Lorenz in late 2007 until May 2011.
