Market research company Join The Dots has signed a five-year lease for 7,200 sq ft of space on the second floor of The Hive in Lever Street, Manchester.
The Hive is a joint venture between Argent and Manchester City Council in the Northern Quarter.
Join The Dots is moving from Faulkner Street in the city centre due to expansion.
OBI Property advised Join The Dots and will design and project manage the fit-out for the new office.

Edwards & Co acted for Argent and is the appointed letting agent on The Hive.
The Hive on Lever Street is the only Grade A office building in Manchester's Northern Quarter.
Tenants include 5 Plus Architects, Fatsoma, Spacemen Creative, Bakerie Wine Store, Pie & Ale, Manchester Food and Drink Festival, Ashurst Communications, the Arts Council and the Studio, which provides space for meetings, launch events, conferences, training days and parties.
