Johnson Fellows hires from CBRE

Surveyor Johnson Fellows has hired Gillian Bamford as associate director in its commercial property team.

Formerly associate director at CBRE, Bamford specialises in lease renewals, rent reviews and lease-re-gears, and has worked with clients including British Airways, Lancaster University, Barclays, and HSBC.

She joined Johnson Fellows last month, and is based out of the group’s Manchester office on King Street, which was first established in October 2015.

Johnson Fellows has its headquarters in Birmingham and an office in London.

Chris Litherland, partner and head of the Manchester office, said: “We have a growing list of clients in the North West and Gillian has a well-deserved, strong reputation in the market, which will enable us to maintain the high level of service and advice we give, and our clients expect.”
