Flexible Work Pattern – Interim/Consultancy/Agency Considered

Salary/Day Rate: As Appropriate depending on skills and experience

Location: Sandbach

Engine of the North, Cheshire East Council's new property development company, is looking to appoint suitably experienced and well-motivated Development Surveyors to join the Company's professional team on an interim or consultancy basis.

We are well resourced and have a portfolio of sites in Cheshire which is second to none. We have a pressing need to grow the team to help us deliver our ambitious programme and build on successes to date.

You will have extensive experience of property development within the North West, excellent communication skills and be commercially focused with a proven track record of delivering complex sites and schemes. You will be familiar with site assembly/delivery strategy and have detailed understanding of the planning process – both strategic and development management.
