Award-winning property developer Urban Splash is one of the country's leading regeneration companies and has delivered over 60 mixed-use projects, including residential property of all tenures, commercial offices, retail and leisure schemes.

Based in Manchester, Urban Splash has delivered challenging and exciting regeneration projects all across the country including Fort Dunlop in Birmingham, Park Hill in Sheffield and Royal William Yard in Plymouth.

The company has invested nearly a billion pounds creating thousands of new homes and jobs in over four million sq ft of space and is now looking for two Development Managers to help drive its next phase of projects.

We are seeking to fill two positions:

Senior Development Manager (c. £50k)

  • New opportunity to take key role to deliver our existing and new development pipeline
  • Key interface with JV partners. Experience 4+years with proven track record for delivery
  • Based in Manchester

Development Managers at Urban Splash have an all-encompassing role in that they 'own' the project from identifying the site right through to disposal/letting of the last unit. The successful applicant needs to be comfortable will all aspects of the development process or show a keen willingness to learn, get stuck into the detail and have an ability to deliver quality.

The day to day functions of this role include all aspect of the development process including identification and acquisition of the site, feasibility, supervising budgets, running development appraisals, securing planning consents, instructing design teams, and dealing with contractors, legal teams, agents and key stakeholders in the public and private sector.

We are also looking for:

Development Surveyor/Manager (£25 – 35k)

  • New opportunity to take on an exciting role within a growing development team
  • Experience 1-4 years, role suited for ambitious candidate with appetite for design and quality
  • Based in Manchester
