JOB: Planner, Preston

PWA Planning is a dynamic, successful town planning and development consultancy with offices close to Preston city centre.

As a result of our continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Planner to join our team and assist in building on the success of the practice.

Ideally we are seeking candidates who are working towards or are Members of the RTPI.

The position will be important to the continued development of the office and an excellent opportunity for career development in a rapidly expanding business. The successful candidate will work alongside the existing team on a wide range of residential, commercial and other development projects.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent report writing skills, a good understanding of current town planning processes, an ability to manage and co-ordinate planning submissions, to use their own initiative, and communicate effectively as part of a team.
