The Co-operative Group is changing. We're going back to our roots, re-focusing on our founding principles, and championing a better way of doing business for our customers and communities. We're now looking for an exceptional programme office leader to help us build our PMO capability from the ground up and enable the effective delivery of our £300m worth of annual Capex programmes.
As our EPMO Lead, we'll look to you to develop an Estates Services Programme Management Office that is mature enough to be the engine for all delivery. You'll ensure delivery capabilities and processes are focused on efficiently delivering the core services offered by the function, and lead the team to ensure the PMO is the centre of excellence for all work-streams.
We want to talk to people with significant experience of leading transformational change and building PMO capabilities from scratch. You should be an inspirational leader with exceptional commercial awareness and the ability to think 'big picture', but also dive deep in to the detail where required. Needless to say you'll bring a comprehensive understanding of programme management principles and methodologies, and your preference for taking on challenging, high-profile roles will mean that you'll thrive in our fast paced, ever changing working environment.
