About the Company?
A large well established Lancashire based Law Firm with a strong regional reputation is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer for its growing Property Team.
About the role?
The role would suit an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE or equivalent. Applicants able to run a caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish will be considered for the role.
Key duties and responsibilities will include what you would ordinarily expect from an experienced conveyancer e.g. taking instructions, conducting and reporting on relevant searches including title, drafting and preparing appropriate contracts and statements, exchange and completion and post completion formalities.
Ideally located within easy commute of Liverpool, Southport, Preston and Manchester, the firm in question provides high quality work in a supportive team environment. They are looking to pay up to £35,000.
