Kingsley Associates is now working with a reputable and long standing Cheshire firm. There is a requirement for a technically capable and ambitious solicitor who has Commercial Property and, ideally, commercial contracts experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor (from 5 years PQE) who is keen to develop their career and make a name for themselves in the local community.
About the role?
The team advises on a broad range of commercial property (freehold and leasehold transactions as well as other general commercial property work) and business matters (general company advice, joint venture agreements and commercial contracts).
This is a hands-on role suited to a self-motivated professional seeking a step up the career ladder within a challenging and team focussed environment. This is a traditional firm going through a positive period of change, and this is an ideal time to join them.
