JOB | Commercial Property Solicitor

Kingsley Associates is now working with a leading Cheshire law firm which has a significant number of Legal 500 / Chambers recommendations and a client lead, commercial focus service.

The firm is now in a position to recruit an additional commercial property solicitor who will be taking on and developing an all around caseload. It is a likely that the successful applicant will currently be working a mid tier commercial firm who is now looking for an opportunity to stand on their own two feet and become recognised as a leader in the commercial property field.

The Head of Department is particularly keen to hear from commercial property solicitors (up to five years PQE) who have experience of general commercial property transactions, leasehold/ freehold matters and those who have offered property support on major projects. In addition there will be an expectation that the successful applicant will play a significant role in the marketing of the team through activities such as networking and contributing articles for PR and website purposes.

The salary on offer is up to £40,000 and there is an achievable bonus scheme alongside a competitive benefits package
