JOB | Assistant Sales & Marketing Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the sales and marketing team of a substantial property company in Manchester.

This is a hands-on role dealing with all aspects of sales and marketing vacant space within the commercial portfolio.

Day-to-day duties include following up all enquiries from potential tenants, arranging and conducting viewings and negotiating new lease terms.

Excellent interpersonal skills and report writing skills are essential as you will be coordinating with other members of the professional team as well as members of the public.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has commenced their APC but feels they are not progressing as quickly as they anticipated. Consideration will also be given to applicants who have recently completed their APC who want to specialise in Commercial Agency. An excellent base salary and package is on offer. REF 1585
