JMP advises Cheshire East on travel plans

Cheshire East Council has commissioned transport consultancy JMP to draw up a travel plan for each of its seven main offices.

JMP will identify and develop a corporate business and staff travel scheme for the authority's three offices in Crewe and others in Congleton, Macclesfield, Sandbach and Wilmslow.

The unitary authority was formed in April incorporating part of Cheshire County Council and Congleton, Crewe and Nantwich and Macclesfield Borough Councils. The authority employs 14,000 staff.
