JLL hires from Savills
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has recruited hotel specialist Alistair Greenhalgh from Savills as a vice president in its Manchester office at One Piccadilly Gardens.
Greenhalgh has worked in the specialist hotel property market for 12 years advising independent and corporate hotel clients on asset sales.
Chris Moore, national director of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, said: "Alistair's experience, skills and contacts in the North West of England fit extremely well with our aims to continue to grow our capability in the regions. Alistair joins a team with in-depth hotel 'know-how' and I am looking forward to working with him to enhance our market position across the region and the rest of the UK in this niche sector of the property industry."
In 2011, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels provided sale and purchase advice on hotel transactions in Europe, Middle East and Africa representing a combined value of more than $2.3bn and over 2,000 hotel rooms.
