JLL hires director from PwC

Julian StottProperty advisor JLL has appointed Julian Stott as director in the hotels and hospitality team at its Manchester office in One Piccadilly Gardens.

Stott joins the business from PwC's Business Recovery Services team where he was advising on, and managing property transactions in the hotel and hospitality sector together with other property classes.

Prior to joining PwC Julian worked at Ask Developments and Cushman & Wakefield, including a secondment working across the Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Alistair Greenhalgh, senior vice president of hotels and hospitality at JLL, said: "Julian's knowledge and experience in the hotels and hospitality sector will further enhance our Manchester team's ability to offer clients specialist advice. Our North West business continues to perform strongly and 2015 is set to be an exciting year for growth."
