JLL expands office agency team
Jones Lang LaSalle has added to its office agency team in Manchester with the appointment of Andrew Rands as graduate surveyor.
Rands joins the business with three years' experience as a surveyor. His previous role was at Whittle Jones Group where he acted in an agency and management capacity on the Northern Trust portfolio.
Current major instructions for JLL's office agency team in the North West include the Co-Operative Group's NOMA development in Manchester city centre, Soapworks at Media City Salford Quays, Birchwood Park and Daresbury Park.
