JLL completes project in Bromborough

Acting on behalf of Universities Superannuation Scheme, Jones Lang LaSalle has completed the project management of Unit L at Croft Retail and Leisure Park in Bromborough.

The 7,300 sq ft new retail unit, which will be occupied by Dreams, was developed on a very restricted site, sandwiched between occupied retail units.

Nick Currie, director in Jones Lang LaSalle's project and development services team in Manchester, said: "Our involvement in the Park spans a number of years, during which time we have project managed over 80,000 sq ft of new retail developments for occupation by such as tenants as DW Leisure, Halfords and Argos."

JLL's project and development services team is currently project managing the construction of a new 26,000 sq ft retail unit, the separation of an existing 25,000 sq ft unit and a new link road into Croft Retail and Leisure Park which are due for completion on a phased basis up to June 2011.
