Claire Petricca-Riding has joined Irwin Mitchell’s Manchester office as its head of environment and partner in its planning team.
Petricca-Ridding had spent four-and-a-half years as head of planning and environmental in Brabners’ Liverpool office, and before this, was a partner at Aaron & Partners in Chester for six years.
In her new role, she will be based in Irwin Mitchell’s Manchester office with a national remit, covering planning, waste management, and renewable energy.
Her appointment takes the law firm’s planning team up to nine, including four partners.
Roy Beckett, partner and head of real estate at Irwin Mitchell said: “Claire represents a significant boost to our business division and real estate team in Manchester and will not only help with our clients’ planning needs in the North of England, but her environmental expertise will be an invaluable addition to our skills set.”
