Intega hires from JLL

Intega Building Consultancy has appointed Steve Tutty to the role of director to strengthen and grow its building surveying and project management business.

Tutty will join the firm in October from JLL, where he is a director in the buildings and construction department.

He will be based in the Intega Manchester office, and will initially concentrate on transactional services and project management.

He has a track record in providing advice on major investment acquisitions for financial institutions and the delivery of complex refurbishment and fit-out projects.

Richard Pearse, managing director of Intega, said: "We have experienced increased demand across all services and sectors in recent months as the market has strengthened and we are delighted to have secured Steve's services. He is a well known and highly experienced surveyor and is trusted by his clients to deliver astute commercial advice."

Tutty, said: "I join Intega after 10 very enjoyable years with JLL and King Sturge, but I'm looking forward to the opportunity to further develop the business in what is already a vibrant market."

Intega Building Consultancy is headquartered at Chancery Place in Manchester.
