Carole Nash, a motorbike insurance broker, has expanded its office at Trafalgar House on Altrincham’s Manchester Road by 4,000 sq ft, taking its total footprint in the building to 24,700 sq ft.
The company has leased the refurbished office suites on the ground and second floors. Both leases are for more than five years and adds to its existing commitment to the 36,000 sq ft building, at a rent of £15/sq ft.
Regional Property Solutions and Canning O’Neill acted for the Selbourne Group which manages the property.
