Insurance broker Griffiths & Armour has signed a 10-year lease on 18,000 sq ft within No.12 Princes Dock at Liverpool Waters.
The company, which also has offices in London, Manchester and Dublin, is currently based in Drury House on Water Street, and is scheduled to complete its move to Liverpool Waters by September.
No.12 Princes Dock is a 98,000 sq ft, five-storey office next to the River Mersey. Griffiths & Armour will take space on the third floor; the building is also occupied by Cargill, CMA CGM Shipping and Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership.
According to landlord Peel, the building is now 90% let.
