Innov8 picks up hospital work

Construction safety firm Innov8 Safety Solutions has reported several new contracts across its health sector division.

The firm, which has offices in Wirral and Manchester, has secured deals to provide construction design management on five projects for Cheshire & Wirral NHS Partnership Trust.

These include remodeling works at Dane ward and Millbrook ward in Macclesfield Hospital, the Maple and Rosewood wards at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

Innov8 has also won the contract to provide CDM on extensive renovation work at the David Lewis Centre in Alderley Edge, east Cheshire.

Alan Robson, Innov8 managing director, said the health sector will continue to provide opportunities in hospitals, care homes and dental practices.

Daniel Allmark, head of capital and property management for Cheshire & Wirral NHS Partnership Trust, said: "Innov8 have been pro-active in the production of site specific information that has allowed the contractor to allocate appropriate resources, to complex projects. We have been extremely pleased with their refreshingly common-sense attitude to all CDM matters, whilst not compromising the standards required."
