Inner City to review Liverpool HMRI

Regeneration consultancy Inner City Solutions has been hired by Liverpool City Council to carry out a regular review of its Housing Market Renewal Programme.

The HMRI is on track to have spent £300m on a mixed programme of demolition, refurbishment, new build and work-related interventions by the end of this year in six areas of the city: Anfield and Breckfield, Kensington, Picton, Granby, Lodge Lane and Princes Park.

Liverpool- and Manchester-based Inner City will review changes to the housing market since the programme began in order to help the council allocate future spend.
