Ingle moves to Knight Frank

Knight Frank has appointed James Ingle as a surveyor in its building consultancy team in Manchester.

Ingle, who was previously at WHR Property Consultants, will support the work of the team, which is led by Simon Matley who joined Knight Frank as associate in March.

He said: "James joins the building consultancy team to work with existing and new clients to help push this part of the business forward in the North West. James will work closely with me in providing varied advice, from dilapidations to managing refurbishment work."

Knight Frank said Ingle has experience in contract administration and producing schedules of conditions and dilapidations for a range of clients.

He has previously worked on projects such as the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool and the Lexicon Building in Manchester.

Knight Frank has also appointed Anna Dooley as a new graduate surveyor. Dooley carried out work experience in the Liverpool office last year whilst studying at Liverpool John Moores University. She will be based in the Manchester office supporting the valuations team.
