Ingersoll Rand moves to Bolton

Ingersoll Rand European Sales, part of the Ingersoll Rand Company, has completed the acquisition of 13,880 sq ft within Sefton House, part of Orbit Developments' Middlebrook development at Bolton.

Ingersoll Rand is relocating from existing premises at Hindley Green in Wigan.

Richard Wharton, a partner at King Sturge, who represented Ingersoll Rand, said: "Sefton House fulfilled our client's locational requirements being located on Junction 6 of the M61 motorway and provides high quality office space to match our client's image and accommodate their interior fit out requirements."

Ingersoll Rand Company is an industrial firm providing products, services and solutions that aim to enhance the quality and comfort in homes and buildings, as well as transport.
