Industrial warehouse sold in Eccles

Anthony O'Connor & Sons has bought an industrial warehouse at Mukadam Gray Partnership's Naysmith Business Park on Green Lane in Eccles.

The Manchester-based excavation, haulage and demolition company has occupied units F3, F4 and F5 on a site of 1.6 acres at the business park.

Alex Smylie, senior surveyor at DTZ, joint advisers to Mukadam Gray Partnership, said: "The level of demand was encouraging and the sale demonstrates that there is still a good appetite from owner occupiers."

WHR were joint agents which acted on behalf of Mukadam Gray Partnership.

The cost of the sale was not disclosed.
