In the Style takes 23,500 sq ft at M60 Office Park

The electronic fashion retailer has signed a lease for the entirety of the Maple Court building at Prime Property Consultancy’s Swinton complex.

Maple Court is three storeys and has been refurbished to grade A standard.

Adam Frisby, founder and chief executive of In the Style, said: “We considered various alternatives for our requirement, but M60 Office Park was the standout in terms of location, the quality of space, motorway access, amenity and onsite parking”

M60 Office Park was redeveloped by Prime Property in 2018, having formerly been known as Clifton Business Park.

“The investment we have made is paying dividends, with 70% of the park now let,” said Imran Younus, commercial director of Prime Property. “Occupiers really appreciate the environment we have created.”

Later this month, M60 Office Park’s amenity facilities will be opened by Salford City Mayor Paul Dennett. Those amenities include an on-site café operated by Bean, cycle storage and a gym.

The remaining M60 Office Park units range from 2,000 sq ft to 23,500 sq ft.

Rob Yates of Cushman & Wakefield and Richard Wharton of JLL are the joint leasing agents for the office park.

“We are in discussions with a number of occupiers for the remaining space,” Yates said. “As the market recovers and occupiers bring their staff back into an office environment, we are seeing demand from companies seeking quality workspace in a pleasant environment at a competitive rental. M60 Office Park ticks all the boxes”

Kuits Solicitors’ Ray Smith and Emma Nimmo acted for Prime Property in the deal. In the Style was unrepresented.
