Iceni adds to Manchester team

Iceni Projects has appointed Deborah Baker Barnett as an associate in its Manchester planning team.

Barker Barnett is a planning and heritage consultant who brings a decade of public and private experience to Iceni’s growing North West team.

She joined Iceni Projects from Ruth Jackson Planning where she was a senior planning and heritage consultant. Most recently she has advised clients on the strategic release of Green Belt land through local plan promotion across the North West.

Murray Graham, planning director, Iceni Projects, said: “Deborah immediately stood out as an exceptional planner and I am pleased that she accepted the position as associate with the growing team at Iceni Manchester. Her expertise in planning and infrastructure, with her strong heritage experience, will be invaluable to our clients.”

Iceni Projects’ Manchester planning team is actively working on schemes including Warrington Garden Village and strategic land promotions across the North West. The team is also working with Urban Splash and Michelle Rothwell of Watch This Space on a number of family homes in central Manchester. The team is also active in student accommodation schemes with projects in Derby, Birmingham and Lancashire.
