Hydraulics firm moves to Oldham with Henderson

Henderson Global Investors has agreed a deal with Able Hydraulics to lease 8,044 sq ft at Oldham Central Trading Park.

The new premises will be the second for Able Hydraulics, which has been based in Trafford Park since 1981.

Able Hydraulics signed a five-year lease and invested £75,000 into the expansion. The Oldham centre will act as an official HIAB crane Authorised Service Centre and Hydraulic Parts Trade Counter.

John Sullivan, industrial and logistics agent at LSH's Manchester office, advising Henderson, said: "More than 75% of the estate is now occupied, which is an amazing achievement given the state of the economy and demonstrates that there are still deals being done providing the product is right."

Joint agent on the scheme alongside LSH is Nolan Redshaw.
