Huyton site on market for £1m

Knowsley Council has appointed Sutton Kersh to dispose of four acres in Huyton Business Park off junction 1 of the M57 and junction 6 of the M62.

The redevelopment opportunity extends currently contains five interlocking warehouses with a total area of 40,000 sq ft. The land and buildings front onto both the Link Road and Ellis Ashton Street off Wilson Road.

Parts of the site are occupied and produce an income of £109,519 a year. The site may be split to suit occupiers requirements.

Jonathan Owen, director of commercial agency at Sutton Kersh, said: "This is a rare opportunity to acquire substantial land and buildings in one of the prime business districts in Merseyside, situated close to the motorway network There is scope to create a rent roll in excess of £200,000 or alternatively sell parts of the site to enhance capital value for an investor or owner occupier."
