Hurstwood signs motor supplier near Preston

Automotive firm Faurecia Emission Control Technologies has signed a deal with landlord Hurstwood for 5,400 sq ft of offices at Ribble House in Bamber Bridge, Lancashire.

Faurecia Emission Control Technologies is part of international automotive parts manufacturer Faurecia and is the world's largest supplier of exhaust systems.

Ribble House totals 22,000 sq ft in five suites, of which there is one suite of 8,900 sq remaining available.

Manchester-based Hurstwood has 500 occupiers in 100 locations.
