Hurstwood Living MD joins Riverside subsidiary

Neil Waddington, former managing director of residential developer Hurstwood Living, will head up Prospect (GB) as managing director.

Prospect (GB), based in Warrington, is part of the powerful housing association Riverside, landlord of 50,000 properties, with assets worth £1bn.

Liverpool-based Riverside established Prospect (GB) in 2000 to undertake commercial and residential developments.

Bolton-based Hurstwood has put several of its group's subsidiaries into administration this year as it restructures to alleviate the damage caused by the credit crunch.
