Hurstwood lets more space in Swinton

CJS Car Sales has taken a lease at Agecroft Enterprise Park in Swinton.
A 12-month letting has been agreed on unit 10, leaving two of the 23 units available at the site.
The remaining two are 750 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft.
CJS Car Sales is a family-run used car dealership which has been trading since 1987.
The estate is owned by Manchester-based Hurstwood which acquired it from Ashtenne for £12m in 2005.
The group has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales with around 500 occupiers at 100 locations.
