Hurstwood launches ‘luxury’ Cheshire resi arm
Manchester-headquartered property company Hurstwood Holdings has started a high-end housing business called Tabley Homes.
The venture sees Hurstwood’s chairman and chief executive Stephen Ashworth, managing director Andy Park and project director Sam Ashworth join forces with Cheshire developer Nick Bone
The firm said that it intends to create bespoke schemes across Cheshire with a focus on delivering homes of the highest quality with superior specifications, delivered by its in-house specialist construction and development team.
“Tabley Homes will be synonymous with luxury living; building elegant homes in some of Cheshire’s most sought after locations,” said Bone.
“Hurstwood Holdings has a long track record for delivering quality homes and with our experience, we believe we can set new standards in the luxury housing market by addressing the niche gap in this sector of a market that only a handful of developers prioritise,” he continued.
The firm’s first planning application has been submitted, with 14 homes lined up for a 1.8-acre site in Sandiway, aiming for a spring 2022 completion.
Bone said that the company is already seeking new hires to join the team, adding that negotiations are ongoing with the owners of three further sites that could see a further 100 homes delivered inside the next two years.
It has been a pleasure to work with the Hurstwood/Tabley team even in spite of the pandemic. The site at Sandiway will be spectacular and I can’t wait to see it.
