Hurstwood fills Leigh office building

Emerald House, a 15,000 sq ft office building in Leigh Business Park, is now fully let after retail software firm Omnica signed a lease for 2,000 sq ft on the ground floor.

Omnica joins First Response Finance and Fourteen Network Services in Emerald House, which opened in 2008. Thyssenkrupp Elevator UK occupies the neighbouring Amethyst House building.

The company's Managing Director Harry Manley said: "We are a rapidly growing company and needed new premises to support that growth. Emerald House is a first class facility, in a convenient location, which will serve us well in attracting new employees and new customers to Omnica."

Leigh Business Park is located on Warrington Road A574 close to junction 23 of the M6 an junction 14 of the M60. There is 3,300 sq ft remaining to let in Amethyst House.

Hurstwood is based in No 1 Marsden Street, Manchester.
