Housing portfolio on offer for £575,000

Edward Symmons has brought a residential portfolio in Greater Manchester to market containing eight terraced houses in areas including Bolton, Bury and Radcliffe.

The portfolio is currently producing a rental income of £22,800 a year and has the potential to increase to approximately £35,820 a year through the re-letting of the vacant properties.

Edward Symmons said it is seeking offers of £575,000 for the portfolio as a whole but will consider individual sales. The houses have a mix of two and three bedrooms and are let on assured shorthold tenancies.

Edward Symmons said the properties were being sold by the receiver and declined to disclose the identity of any current or previous owners.
