Housing event returns to Liverpool

The city will play host to a major social housing event when the Social Housing Conference returns to the BT Convention Centre on November 11 for the second year running.

The event is aimed at people operating in the sector and is being organised by Mitchell Charlesworth and Brabners Chaffe Street, sponsored by Arena Housing Group and Harvest Housing Group with additional support from Riverside Housing Group.

Key speakers will include David Orr, chief executive of the National Housing Federation, Joe Anderson, leader of Liverpool City Council and Steve Coffey, chief executive of Liverpool Mutual Homes. There will be practical workshop sessions with speakers from the Homes & Communities Agency, Plus Dane Group, the Mersey Partnership and the CEL Group.
