Hourigan Connolly recruits from Turley Associates

The planning and development consultancy Hourigan Connolly has appointed Richard Lomas as senior planner.

Lomas told Place: "I joined at the start of April after spending two years with Turley Associates where I was leading on the extension programme for Sainsbury's, including stores in Salford, Deepdale, and Oldham."

Hourigan Connolly was set up in September 2009 by Marc Hourigan and Daniel Connolly, who were previously directors at Colliers.

Lomas added: "I've worked with Marc before at CB Richard Ellis and the firm currently has up to 50 clients within its portfolio."

As well as retail, Hourigan Connolly said Lomas brings experience in the residential and renewable energy sectors.

Hourigan Connolly is based in St James's Court in Brown Street, Manchester.
